Towards the end of the 2010 biking season Paul and I had discussed taking a road trip of epic proportions! We figured a little over two weeks of riding coastal BC would be a nice way to cap off a great year for us. I’d never ridden the infamous North Shore and neither Paul or I had really seen what Squamish had to offer, so we packed our bags, bikes and what seemed at the time a plentiful supply of beverages (turned out to be not enough) ! and headed west. We rode Revelstoke, the North Shore (Cypress, Seymour and Fromme), Squamish and finished with Whistler Bike Park. In total 16 Days away, 14 days riding, 3500kms travel, 12 nights up past 2am, 3 knee injuries, endless cuts and bruises, 8 flat tires and a lot of good times. Thanks to all our friends who let us take up valuable real estate on their floor, eat there food, act as trail guide and for all the laughs. We will do it all again sometime!!
