Custom build week! Intense 951/Carbine SL

Over the last week or so we have been inundated with customer requests for custom high end bike builds….well not inundated, we had to do two but thats still a lot for one week!. Both rigs came curtosy of Intense Cycles, and both very different.

One was an Intense 951, a step up for our friend who has been riding a slope style bike for the last few years and the other a full XTR built Carbine SL, the new full carbon offering from Intense. Both beautiful bikes, both very fun to build!

INTENSE CARBINE SL

This is the first of these frames I have seen anywhere. Little brother, or sister if you will to the Carbine this bike has shed some crucial weight making it a 5lb frame! Â Ti bolts, quick release rear and a carbon link help make this happen.
